GIVING OR GIVING BACK
There is an important difference between “Giving” and “Giving Back,” and it is the same difference found between “Charity” and “Redistribution of Wealth.”

Our Founders believed in American Exceptionalism, though they didn’t have or use that term. It was an understated belief that they, as individuals, could succeed if the Government got out of the way. If you read the Preamble of the Constitution, it clarifies the purposes of the Government: 1) to create a More Perfect Union (in deference to the weak union under the Articles of Confederation); 2) to Establish Justice (implication: EQUAL justice, not Social Justice); 3) PROVIDE for the Common Defense; 4) PROMOTE the General Welfare; and 5) Secure the Blessings of LIBERTY to Ourselves and our Posterity.
I don’t spend a lot of time talking about Conservative TV & Radio hosts like Rush Limbaugh & Glenn Beck. I’ve made my positions clear through logical arguments based on FACTS, and I’ve also stated the fact that I do listen to both Limbaugh & Beck. I’ve made it clear that I do not always agree with them, and I’ve also made it clear that THEY don’t need me to go to bat every time some whack job starts spreading lies about them. Today, however, I feel the need to speak.
Democrats have enjoyed the luxury of calling names and pointing fingers, claiming that Republicans in Congress have become the “Party of No,” an unending obstacle to their Progressive Agenda of Social Justice and Entitlement Expansion. And, with few exceptions, the Democrats have embraced their position as the “Party of I Don’t Care.” Regardless of how many times the People have appealed to their sense of duty, of obligation and political self-preservation, the Democrats have ignored them in favor of a prejudiced position that the People don’t know what they need or want, and that only Government can solve their problems.
How can anyone claim to love their country when they’ve been raised to believe that it is “Fundamentally Flawed” or designed to “Profit on the Workers’ Backs?” This isn’t a rhetorical question, and I’d love for someone to explain it to me. Seriously…anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
For those who didn’t get it from the title, I’ll say it again: reverse racism IS racism! It’s probably the simplest, most absolute statement I’ve ever made in one of these blogs, and it is the kind of direct, straightforward thinking that True Conservatives are known for.
Somewhere along the line, we seem to have forgotten the basic Principles and Values that our Founders placed on our Economics, which is strange considering that their FACES adorn the currency that we use every day. Here’s a reminder about how our DOLLARS can make some SENSE out of these issues.
“Social Justice” is perceived by many as a “Leveling of the Playing Field,” the idea that every person who does a certain thing should achieve the same results, but this is an inherently flawed idea. Over the next few paragraphs, I’ll be explaining exactly why this is the case.
